Important Notice for Custom Orders & Turnaround Time

All custom handmade and crochet items are made to order.

Please include any specific details or request in the "Order Notes" section at checkout when placing a custom order.

Production and shipping typically take 3–7 business days, but may extend to 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity and order volume. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to the exclusive and handmade nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. For custom orders, make sure to provide detailed notes at checkout.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact must be made within 3 days of delivery, along with a photo of the issue. Efforts will be made to resolve the problem as quickly and fairly as possible.
